Slightly glossy coloured, rising scent that is fresh when opened, it smells like freshly made rice cake. After a while, a slightly sweet and fruity scent will begin to appear. It has a moist mouthfeel, an elegant & mellow sweetness, and a moderate volume that is smooth to the throat with a good aftertaste. The finish is simply refreshing and firm with acid.
