Mutsu Hassen ISARIBI Tokubetsu Junmai
$110.00
A long-established store founded in 1775, it is known for its dry sake "Rikuokuoyama," which has been loved by local fishermen's towns.
Tasting Notes: Mutsu Hassen Isaribi was inspired by the idea of a "fisherman's sake for meals" and is named after the fire used for luring fishes at night. This is a dry sake with solid umami, strong acidity and less focus on fruitiness. Perfectly matched with seafood, fish, and especially sea urchin, scallops and hotpot dishes.
